The teacher is very good. The one - on -one attention gives the learner the opportunity for faster development. Above all, she inspires you along the way and makes you feel it is ok when you make a mistake. She is patient.

As an intermediate steelpan player, I’ve been looking for an instructor who can assist me with learning different types of scale sequences, since visualizing/ predicting musical patterns is a challenge for me, especially during Panorama Season, where learning music has its time constraints.
My first session with Risha was so refreshing. With her patience and knowledge she was able to assist me with this challenge and I know with more sessions I would be more comfortable playing tenor again… a pan that I’ve avoided playing on the big stage for a few years.
